so with a lot of work and pins i managed to get it into shape 
the tail was a similar feat of engineering, because her clothes were made of supersculpy which started to split as i pulled the tail, and so i lost most of the original tail and its thickness was greatly reduced, so i folded it over and shortened it, much happier with the result!!

The hair for this pony was bought from a two dollar shop, however normally i get my hair from dollyhair [link] they sell barbie hair too
